Through the APL Foundation, we provide financial assistance to students in need, ensuring they have access to education and opportunities for a better future.
Women Empowerment Program
AIPL ABRO has launched “PAHCHAN SE SAMMAN“. Under the leadership of Mr. Ajit Gupta, this initiative enables women to work from home for 4-5 hours daily, providing financial independence and fostering skill development through tasks like client calls, scheduling, surveys, and feedback collection. This effort on Women’s Day underscores AIPL ABRO’s commitment to empowering women, aiming to enhance their independence and identity, bridging the gap between family responsibilities and professional growth.
Adoption of Government Schools
Recognizing the need for better educational infrastructure, we have adopted eight government schools near our Sonipat factory. Due to delayed or insufficient government support, many schools are in poor condition. Our efforts focus on enhancing their facilities through initiatives such as building toilets, installing drinking water systems, setting up computer labs, etc. Additionally, we support underprivileged students by distributing uniforms, aiming to create a conducive learning environment that promotes educational growth and community development.
We have recently adopted three schools: Govt. Middle School, Pipli, Sonipat, India, Govt. Primary School, Kharkhoda, Sonipat, India, and Govt. Primary School, Saidpur Sonipat, India.
Skill Centres
We believe in giving back to society. To empower the local community, AIPL Group has established two skill centers near our factory in Sonipat. These centers aim to equip underprivileged individuals with valuable skills, enabling them to secure meaningful employment and improve their quality of life.
Centre of Excellence
Under the Ministry of Skill Development, we are establishing a Centre of Excellence. Initially focused on carpentry, this center provides training programs funded by our CSR budget. The one-week program trains carpenters in new techniques, while the three-month program offers unemployed youth comprehensive training in carpentry using the latest machinery.
PHENK MAT
AIPL Group is committed to environmental sustainability through initiatives like Phenk Mat. We distribute disposable, environment-friendly bags to vehicle owners to prevent littering and actively participate in the Clean India Movement to promote environmental awareness and education.
TREE PLANTATION
AIPL Group believes in the cause of the GREEN PLANET, for which they make sure that they plant more and more trees not just in their workplace surroundings, but anywhere and everywhere. AIPL Group is highly dedicated to this cause and for its smooth sailing; it ensures that they practice eco-friendly methods of production.
SPREADING LAUGHTER
At AIPL Group, we promote mental well-being through our Laughter Yoga Club, aimed at spreading awareness about the therapeutic benefits of laughter. We support local laughter clubs financially and physically to reduce stress and foster a healthier community atmosphere for employees, customers, and beyond.
